Returns & Exchanges
At GISELLE Clay Art, we want you to love your handmade earrings. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a simple returns and exchanges process:
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition.
- How to return: Contact us at giselle@giselleclayart.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for sending the item back.
- Exchanges: If you want to exchange an item for another, let us know the product you would like in exchange.
- Refunds: Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days using the original payment method.
- Shipping costs: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or damaged during shipping.
